How can it be that a UCCP pastor can't even preach the gospel to his son?

I just found out a testimony of a former son of a UCCP pastor who haven't understood the meaning of salvation. Its up to you!

That's a major concern among our pastors. They get caught up with their members lives that they often forget their own family. We should help our pastors deal with this problem. It is almost alwyas a failure to adapt to new environments considering that our pastor changes their local churchs every 9 years only. The most neglected are the pastor's children. My suggestion is that we make it our concern that the pastor's FAMILY should be a member of our family. Communication is always vital in this endeavor.
