SAVING FAITH
According to Hebrew 11:6, What do we need to please God? FAITH. Why is it so important? Without faith it is impossible to please God. It is a requirement! Faith is believing God is who He claims to be in His Word, and it is believing that He rewards those who seek Him.
Why is faith important according to Romans 5:1? We are justified through faith. What does "justify" mean? It is an act of God whereby He, as Judge, declares a sinner righteous when they trust in Jesus Christ to save them. Can this be rewarded? Why is it important according to Ephesians 2:8-9? We are saved by faith.
Formula of Saving Faith:
FAITH IN JESUS + NOTHING = SALVATION resulting in GOOD WORKS
Saving faith is trusting in Jesus Christ alone to forgive our sins and give you His free gift of eternal life - NOT IN GOOD WORKS OR in RELIGION.. God bless!
